Terms and Conditions
Make an enquiry through the Tour Organiser, Spice Odyssey or the Travel Agent, Viatour. Payment of a non-refundable deposit of AUD 200 per passenger is required within 7 days of confirmation. The Information page of the current passport has to be submitted (email) with the deposit along with contact details (phone, address and email).
A further amount of AUD1500 needs to be paid by 15th June 2019 and the final instalment by 1st August 2019.
Method of payment:
- • Direct deposit/internet transfer to: Viatour Travel Pty Ltd, Bank ANZ
BSB: 012491 Account No: 208918064 Swift Code: ANZBAU3M. A confirmation of the deposit needs to be emailed to: firstname.lastname@example.org
- • Credit card – via phone. Please note there is a 2% fee for Visa, MasterCard and American Express.
Cancellations of Land Content:
- • 60-15 days prior to commencement of tour 50% of cost.
- • Within 15 days of the tour commencing 100%.
Cancellation and refunds of Air travel:
Cancellation fees will apply as required by the nominated airline’s regulations and will vary dependent on the type of air fare used.
The price shown is based on the rate of exchange of the Indian Rupee on 30th April 2019. The Operators (Spice Odyssey and Viatour) reserve the right to amend the price if variation of the INR by more than 2% occurs. Once full payment is received, this clause is not applied.
Travel Insurance is strongly recommended. It may be wise to purchase this at the time of making your deposit. Viatour will be able to help you with this.
The Tour Operator and/or their representatives act only as agents for the transportation companies and other companies. The responsibility of the Tour Operator and/or their representatives is limited. The TO and/or their agents will not accept any responsibility in the event of damage, loss, accident, illness, delay or other irregularity due to defects in any vehicle used for transportation or the default of any company or person employed in the organisation of the transportation company. The TO and/or their representatives will not accept any responsibility for extra cost due to delay, changes or any other reason beyond their control.
The TO and/or their representatives are not responsible for any consular, political or military complications created voluntarily or involuntarily by the passengers or any other person. The TO cannot be held responsible for any fault or default, or negligence by hotel owners or their employees. The TO reserves the right to decline, to accept or retain any person and to change or cancel the tour if necessary for any reason.
The airlines tickets shall when issued constitute a sole contract between the passenger and the airline. The airline is not to be held responsible for any act, omission or event, when passengers are not on board its aircraft. Any deposit paid will represent acceptance of the above-mentioned conditions.
